Hello, I'm Mike Smith, owner and CEO of A+ Explorations. Growing up as the youngest in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in various locations, including Brindisi, Italy. This experience instilled in me a love for travel and exploring new cultures. I have been fortunate enough to visit my family in Ipswich, England several times, and have also traveled to other European countries, such as France, Ireland, Norway, and Denmark. However, my love for all things Disney is unmatched. In fact, I was fortunate enough to visit Walt Disney World during its grand opening week.

I am a lucky and grateful individual who has been married to my best friend, Sharra, for 25 wonderful years. We have two amazing children, Ainsley and Nelson, who bring so much joy and love into our lives. As an educator, I have dedicated 31 years to shaping young minds, with 27 of those years spent as a School Principal. Although I am soon to be retired, I will always carry a passion for education and helping others reach their full potential.

I am excited to combine my love for travel and Disney by partnering with families to create unforgettable and magical vacations. My experiences have taught me the importance of family and making memories, and I am eager to help others do the same.
